Herbal Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

Herbal Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

You can drink this latte hot or make it into a frappuccino by blending it with ice. you can easily make this latte dairy-free by using your favorite dairy substitute. I love using almond milk in mine and it’s just as delicious as using whole milk.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Whole Milk, Almond Milk, Coconut Milk or another dairy substitute
  • 1 Tbsp Organic Cane Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Canned Pumpkin Purée
  • 1 Cup of Strong Brewed Coffee
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice + dash
  • 4 Cardamom Pods

Directions

  1. Bring Milk, Sugar, Pumpkin, and Cardamom Pods to a low simmer on medium heat until the pumpkin is well blended and the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat
  3. Add coffee, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice to milk mixture
  4. Whisk until well blended, you can also use an emulsion blender.
  5. Pour into mugs
  6. Add a dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice

Makes 3 one-cup servings

Pumpkins and their seeds are both keto diet approved! Of course, pumpkin still has ‘some’ carbs so you will want to limit your portions.

Fortunately, our Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipes has so little of it you don’t have to worry about it.

As a matter of fact, a 1/2 cup of canned pumpkin only has 6 grams of net carbs.

We’re only using 2 Tbsps. for three servings!

Keto Latte Recipe

  • 2 Cups Whole Milk, Almond Milk, Coconut Milk or another dairy substitute
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 Tsp of Erythritol
  • 2 Tbsp Canned Pumpkin Purée
  • 1 Cup of Strong Brewed Coffee
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice + dash
  • 4 Cardamom Pods

Directions
